Authentic Leadership

We offer an original and innovative approach that gives leaders an opportunity to assess where they may need to focus to strengthen their leadership and organizational success.

As an authority on authenticity and self-awareness, we help people and organizations acknowledge their individual and collective authenticity and how it impacts leadership and contributes to meaningful engagement. Our work is based on the proprietary Authenticity Grid, nine dimensions which when understood, provide a blueprint for both personal and organizational engagement and growth.

The training will enable leaders to look at themselves and the organization from new lenses. They will see the relationship between how they lead and the organization as a whole.

At the end of the presentation, leaders will:
1. Understand their personal level of authenticity and be empowered with a new view of their role as an authentic leader.
2. Gain new perspectives of themselves and the organization.
3. Be able to use the Authenticity Grid as a self-coaching tool.
4. Identify one thing about themselves to ‘tweak’ to increase success.
5. Better understand how to leverage their personal and organizational strengths and fortify their vulnerabilities.
6. Have a new framework to understand and transform their workforce and build engagement.
7. Discover new ways to assess, fulfill and accelerate the organization’s mission.

There are two parts to the training. An organization can select one or both of parts. The first part relates to the leader’s awareness of self and how a minor change in perspective can make a major change in success as a leader. The second focuses on the organization and helps leaders gain new perspectives on the organization and how leaders can collectively impact change. When organizations select both parts they gain valuable information on the global needs of the organization and how current leaders can impact transformational change.

Many angles can be taken using this work. In addition to engagement, the focus can be team building, communication, transformation, culture and communication.
